In the event of a cancellation on my end, you will be refunded the full amount
Half of the payment is requested upfront, with second half upon delivery. We can discuss installments as well
If work has already begun and you must cancel, I will refund half the initial payment (ex: total $100, upfront $50, refund $25)
Prices may decrease or increase from base price depending on commission requests (ex: complex design)
